Come splash at the Dancing Dolphins beach pad! This newly decorated home has four bedrooms, four-baths and also has a private heated swimming pool. Attached to this property is a separate guest house that is a one-bedroom, full bath, full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a pullout couch that sleeps four. Both properties can sleep up to 16 guests. Upstairs you have three bedrooms. The master room has a king bed with a pullout couch and its own ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms have a king bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top/full on the bottom with a trundle. Downstairs you have the living room, spacious kitchen, guest bath, and one bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Sit outside on the balcony for gorgeous views of the ocean. This is centrally located right on Fort Myers Beach. You are within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, and shops. Perfect home for multiple families. Grill out and relax while making special memories at the Dancing Dolphins home away from home.
NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay. We do provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
