With lots of color and large glass doors, windows, the house is on ground level; YOU really connect with the island's nature,... peaceful and charming. And, Our SPECIAL TREE...what a personality, a spreading WATER OAK, wraps around the front and side of the house. You will love it, everyone does.

To protect year-round residents peace, privacy, and safety, If you cannot do it at the Ritz Carlton or Holiday Inn you cannot do it at a rental property.

Unlike a hotel, you get to know what it is like to experience the island as a RESIDENT...... it is awesome!.... I personally lived in this house 16 yrs its a fabulous location. EASY ON AND OFF THE ISLAND... GREAT COMMUNITY. feels like Vacation every day. YOU DON'T WANT TO LEAVE! Light-Bright without direct sunlight in the house makes it so pleasant. Swim Naked!
