Sea Oats Studio is a great alternative to the cottages at Casas de la Playa Village. This unit encompasses a large open room, bathroom, full kitchen, and a semi-private fenced terrace entrance. This comfy studio has a dining area that includes a breakfast bar/counter. Smaller does not mean less - enjoy all the conveniences of a full apartment in a studio, including Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels. Sea Oats has all the elements necessary to make an enjoyable, and memorable visit to Flagler Beach. Sea Oats Studio, as well as all of the units at Casas de la Playa Village, is in the heart of Flagler Beach, one block from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. My partner and I fell in love with Flagler Beach over 40 years ago, and bought our first property over 20 years ago while we were both teaching in Gainesville, FL. We remodeled it for our weekend use since we lived only less than two hours away. We began offering it as vacation rental in 2001. We then added five more units in downtown Flagler Beach in 2004. I welcome your inquiries through this website, or by phone, or e-mail. I will respond quickly. Although we no longer live close to Flagler Beach, we visit often, and we have a local caretaker who attends to maintenance of the properties and to the needs of our guests.

The condo was great, very well maintained and it had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach made going back and forth very easy, we were able to setup our things that morning on the beach and then come and go as we liked. Plenty ofrestaurants and stores within a 10-15 min drive. Overall it was a great experience, I’d definitely recommend Ciboney.
