Description
You couldn’t find a better location than this one bedroom, lower level apartment! Close to attractions the WNC mountains are known for, but only 10 minutes from both the TN and GA state lines. Go skiing, rafting, tubing, hiking, horseback riding, or fishing in one of the many nearby lakes, rivers, and forests. Plan a shopping trip to Blue Ridge and Helen, or spend a day in Murphy exploring the picturesque town center. The fall leaves are still turning 2-3rd wk of Nov. Plan your getaway now!
The space
Comfortable, serene walk-out apartment with kitchenette, pool table, and streaming (weather and mountains allowing!) available, located in the tristate area. Cleaning protocol followed- ALL bedding washed between guests. This has long been a pet peeve of mine at hotels!
Guest access
Full patio and fire pit available for private use. Please bring your own firewood. Separate entrance to apartment.
Other things to note
Because this is a lower level apartment, you may hear footsteps from more heavy footed family members or excited paw prancing from our larger furry member. The ceiling is, however, insulated, so this should be minimal.

Additional rules:-
-Propane fireplace gets HOT. Keep items and children safely away from the sides.
-We are in the forest, in the mountains. We pest control monthly, but crickets, bugs, and spiders can find their way in. Spray is provided under the sink, and we have 2 excellent bug killers (my husband and I) upstairs if needed!
-Please don’t leave slider screen open. Snakes and bugs would love to move in. We’d prefer they didn’t.
-There are flameless candles provided. Please DO NOT use open flame candles
-We are on a septic system. DO NOT flush anything except TP. Garbage bags and recycling provided.
-We’ll observe quiet time after 11 pm and request you do the same.
-Crate all dogs if left alone in the apartment. Please pick up after pets.

Accommodations are stella. You couldn't ask for any better location or a host that could give you accurate information on sites to see, places to go and things to do. I would highly recommend this accomadations to anybody who would enjoy going to this part of the country. The place was clean, spacious, Jennifer and her husband personally showed up and helped us with a couple of questions regarding the wonderful gas fireplace. Highly accommodating.
