The space
The floor plan is very open. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 full beds all brand new furniture and mattresses.
I have 2 queen sleeper sofas in the living room. I love to rent out my condo for family's to make great memories. ! Or friends to spend a vacation together. Im very detailed on everything in my condo and to make sure you have everything you expect and more.

Drive under our building your parking place is D11 as soon as you pull in make a right all the way down to the end you'll see Dll. The elevator code is make sure you put the pound key in before the numbers. Take the elevator to first Floor the condo is right there as soon as you get off the elevator 113 door code

Kick your shoes off and completely enjoy this ocean front two bedroom , two bathroom first floor 1,100 Sq. foot beautiful condo located in Holiday Villa ll in Indian Shores . Queen bed in the master bedroom with new bathroom i just updated last year.. The second bedroom has 2 fill size beds. There is two pull out queen sofas in the large living room where you could sleep peacefully listening to the ocean waves . Enjoy morning coffee on the large balcony that overlooks the ocean where you could watch for Dolphins , or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the evening sunsets . Relax on the beach or enjoy the private Community pool that conveniently has outdoor showers and restrooms . One parking space is provided (additional parking can be requested at the office) I'm not affiliated with the office, so any other questions or concerns can be handled directly through me. you can text or call my phone anytime. This condo is newly renovated... ALL of the furnishings in this home are brand new . We offer upgraded WiFi and flat screen televisions in living room and bedroom. linen and dishes are provided laundry facilities are located in the hall around the corner from the elevator. this condo will not disappoint!

I have 2 locked closets one inside the condo in the hallway and one on the balcony Ive had people break in, anything locked means stay out! There is a hundred dollar fee if broken into.
