The condo has everything you could possibly need. Carla and her husband were wonderful to work with, as was the local rental agency that managed the condo. We called for a minor issue - but they came immediately and fixed it, even though we told them it could wait until we checked out. Great service!This place is perfect for families to honeymooners. It is an easy walk to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island - we loved walking over to watch the fireworks on July 4th. The view from the lanai is very peaceful and beautiful. Although the pool is a short walk, it is a wonderful pool with more than adequate furniture for sunbathing.We cooked meals as well as experienced some of the wonderful food at some area restaurants. There were plenty of cooking pans and utensils to cook a full meal!Don't miss out on a wonderful vacation property just because it is not directly on the beach. We loved every minute and would stay again in a heartbeat!
