Looking for the perfect beach home right on the water, within walking distance of the Pier and beach, direct sunrise views, and the ability to have your own watercraft…you got it! This charming, newly renovated home is one of the very few single-family homes directly on the bay with expansive water views. Relax in the large screened-in lanai, private deck, or private dock and de-stress while watching the boats go by. Bring your fishing pole and catch dinner off the dock. If you are up for an adventure, you can rent your own boat, jet skis, or kayaks and have them delivered to your dock. If you prefer the beach, grab the included beach cart, umbrella, and chairs and head over to the beach and soak up the sun or get involved in a variety of beach activities including parasailing, jet-skiing, swimming, volleyball, etc.
This home has all of the amenities that you will need to make wonderful family memories including an open-concept living-dining area, a large master suite with a king-sized bed and private bath and a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bath (including the tub) right next door. A queen-sized sofa sleeper with a cool gel memory foam mattress will allow you to sleep a total of 8. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs to watch your favorite shows.
