3 bedroom, 2 bath, electric heated pool home with huge lanai, barbecue grill, and deck at canal. Home is located at the end of Papaya canal and provides a gorgeous and almost endless view down this canal. Sit in the lunging area next to the canal, enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and BBQ evenings without getting baked like Western rear exposures. Beautiful new office space overlooking the pool and canal. Two car garage and high speed WiFi. Smart home with secure electronic lock.
The space
Open floor plan, freshly painted interiors, pool and canal can be seen from living room and two of the bedrooms. Home has tiles throughout. Large windows and sliding doors allow light to come in during the day. A big flat screen TV with cable is located in the living room and all bedrooms come with TVs and their own cable. A nice music system is also provided. Easy access to the gulf through the canal and boating ramps are located only 15 minutes away. Boat dock is free to tenant. Bicycles and beach chairs are available for your use. Gym equipment is provided, yoga by the pool is highly recommended!

A secure electronic key lets you into the house. The home is a smart home and is equipped with a Nest thermostat, Ring doorbell and smart cameras.
Oasis Blvd has bike paths throughout and restaurants are only 2 miles away. Grocery stores too are 2-5 miles away. Miles of white sand beaches in Sannibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers are minutes away. Fort Myers beach has several adventure sports such as parasailing, wave runners, and rental boats. Over 100 golf courses are close by, as are shopping paradises like Miromar Outlet, Coconut Mall, and Gulf Coast Town Center. Only 40 minutes from Fort Myers International airport with direct flights to Europe, Canada and over 50 locations within the US. Key West is only 3.5 hours away, and Tampa 135 miles away.

A unique electronic key code will be sent to you in advance of your check in. Guests are also welcome to complementary coffee, tea, condiments, as well as fresh towels, toothbrushes, toothpastes, shower gels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioners, and body lotion.
