Description
The condo is tastefully decorated with 2 bdrms, 1 bath, kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, LR has flat-screen TV, Dinette for 4, Master with sliders to the balcony and TV, 2nd bed with Queen bed, TV. Bath has full tub /shower and granite. There are closets, ceramic tile and new carpeting. The condo is clean and comfortable. 2 min.walk to beach, 3-4 min. walk to shops, restaurants and activities.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor, stairs or elevator are available. Our balcony is covered {enclosed) and lit for your comfort.
Guest access
You have use of the entire condo, pool, hot tub and exercise room. There is a spa and marina for those that would like to use them. (there is a fee for spa and marina)
Other things to note
Famous Johns Pass Boardwalk is within a 3-4 minute walk where you will find restaurants, shopping and activities galore. The beach is also directly across the street with a 2 minute walk to the sand!

Very clean and we had everything we needed. The location great! We were able to walk to John's Pass Boardwalk and Village in a few minutes and also able to walk to the beach in a few minutes. Planning on returning again:)

Perfect beach getaway! We loved being across the street from a beautiful beach, loved the comfortable condo, loved the condo pool and hot tub too! Great location with many restaurants in walking distance, short distance to grocery store and John’s Pass for touristy stuff. Lovely little neighborhood for walks with cute little dog parks along the water. Parking was excellent and we felt safe weathering tropical storm Eta here! Whole street flooded but not a drop made it to our car under the building. Brenda was flexible, responded so quickly and is just a lovely hostess. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook meals too. What a fantastic week, can’t wait to come back!

Great, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated condo with everything you need. Perfect location. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Easy walk across the street to the beach...about 200 walking steps from the condo to the sand between your toes!
