Condo is equipped with GRACO Pack and Play playpen with/without mattress, 2 booster seats (for infants up to toddlers), plastic baby dinnerware, plastic bibs, 2 baby baths, child bed rail, baby books, baby carrier (up to 40 lbs), baby life jacket, child step stool to reach counter for teeth brushing, and rocking baby bassinette. Plastic outlet plugs and sliding cupboard locks are available.
PARKING! There is one designated underground parking spot for this condo. In low season an additional parking permit may be possible in the Visitor lot at the side of the building. Owner will arrange for an additional parking permit for the Visitor Parking lot in low season if available.
GYM FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS!! This condo offers free access to The Beachfront Fitness Center, approximately 1 mile south of the condo, for you and your guests. Take advantage of free exercise classes and use of the gym equipment. Owner will provide details at time of booking.
PERFECT LOCATION! This condo is only 35 minutes from Tampa airport and only 20 minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport. It's an easy drive to Busch Gardens and professional sports games in Tampa. It's a 30 minute drive to Dunedin Stadium (see the Blue Jays in spring training!); 90 minutes to Disney and SeaWorld; and 8 minutes to the closest public golf course. Drive only 35 minutes to St. Pete for the Florida Orchestra, Fine Arts Museum, Mahaffey Theater, Salvador Dali Museum, fine shopping and fine dining. Close to many shopping malls.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please verify rates including all taxes and fees by checking JC Resorts Rates and Availability Calendar. Go to www.JCResorts.us for Beach Cottage Unit III. In the case of any discrepancy between findhomeaway and JC Resorts rates and fees, the JC Resorts fees and rates will apply.
No damage deposit is collected. All renters buy renters insurance for $45.00 plus taxes. This gives you $1500 for accidental spills and breakage with no deductible. It is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy:-
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals:-
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
House Rules:-
Check in after: 4:00 PM Check out before: 10:00 AM. Contact Owner for latge arrival check-in arrangements. If arriving early, owner can make arrangements for renters to use Sand Dollar pool and beach areas until condo is ready for occupancy.
