Description
5 minute walk through towering trees to gorgeous Skylandia beach and state park from just outside the community. A short walk to the community pools/spa, tennis courts. Biking and hiking path to access restaurants, a coffee shop, and the lake! The community includes two swimming pools, 3 tennis courts. We looked all around Lake Tahoe for the perfect family home with a pool and spa that would give us walking access to the lake but but also skiing and the mountains we LOVE Lake Forest Glen.
House rules:
- No more than 3 overnight vehicles allowed
- 2 spots in front of the unit or in the one of the two overflow lots
- Register recreational vehicles, boats, RVs, campers, trailers with the HOA office
- No commercial vehicles allowed
- When it snows you must be prepared to remove your vehicle for snow removal, unattended vehicles must be left in the overflow lot
- Community quiet hours daily 10pm to 8am
- Certain pets may be considered but you must get permission, dogs must be on a leash if not contained within the back patio
