Welcome to the Sweet Retreat! As you walk into this magnificent two-bedroom, three-bath home it brings you right into vacation mode. Upstairs you have your own master suite with a king bed as well as a queen pullout couch for additional people or small children. You also have your own little wet bar with a sink and refrigerator, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has double sliders that go out to your own private balcony that shows an amazing view of the ocean. A table with chairs and loungers is out on the balcony for relaxing in the sun or enjoying frozen margaritas. This is also the perfect spot to star watch, catch the sunrise or sunsets. Downstairs you have another master bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The wide-open kitchen gives you views of the outdoors and is open to the dining room table. You also have an island bar with three high-top chairs. The cozy and nicely decorated sitting area is also on this floor and is one of the common sleeping areas with a queen pullout sofa. The living room is upfront near the sliding doors. You have a large screen T.V. to watch your favorite shows or catch a football game. This room also has a pullout queen sofa bed for additional guests. Don’t forget the balcony on this floor that has the grill for your cookouts. This home with not disappoint. You will want to come back year after year to make great memories.
NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We do provide high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
