This expansive beach house is in the central entertainment area of Fort Myers Beach. A few minutes walk to the beach or a casual stroll down to Times Square.
Inside, the open floor plan offers a great area for all guests to enjoy time together after the long day spent at the beach. The three-bedroom and two full baths can sleep eight guests comfortably.
The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, TV, and private bath. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and TV. The third bedroom includes full-sized bunk beds and a separate twin.
Full modern kitchen and amenities are also available to cook meals. Table for four and island seating for four. Washer and dryer included. The upper balcony, off the front of the house, offers the fresh ocean breeze and a comfortable sitting area with a table. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast to start your day.
Outdoor entertainment includes a lower-level garage/gaming area. Includes ping pong table, corn hole set, game tables, and wall-mounted TV.
In the backyard, you will find a private heated pool and covered lanai which includes plenty of room and luxury seating for you and your guests to watch the game on a large outdoor TV. BBQ grill and pool toys also are available for use.
