Welcome to Redford vacation home in Indian Palms County Club Resort a paradise vacation home located next to the Empire Polo Fields in the gated community and close to shopping, dining. Walking distance to the music festivals and polo along with the community's pools, spas, tennis, golf, driving range, and restaurant. Beautifully designed 3-bedroom includes private casita and 3+1/2 bathrooms. Open plan and dining area next to the kitchen. The large open kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as kitchen utensils, microwave, digital fridge and freezer with ice maker and drinking water dispenser, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. Plates, cutlery and glasses for more than eight people. There's also a toaster, blender, tea pots, slow cooker, juicer, pots and pans, coffee grinder, rice cooker, salad bowls, spice rack and much more ... everything a fully stocked kitchen.
Bedding for eight adults And baby A spacious floor with two bedrooms inside and a private lockable casita outside. Master Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and private access to the backyard. Master has a bathroom with shower, spa bath and double sink. Bedroom # 2 it has a full bed and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 (Casita) has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower / bathtub. Casita also includes its own dedicated Wi-Fi connection.
There is a powder room in the hall of the main home. The bathrooms will have toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash gel. In the living room is 55 'Samsung Smart TV with Netflix ,Hulu, Youtube TV and more to log in to your account. There is 40' Samsung Smart TV with Roku programs in the master bedroom . Casita also has a 40-inch Samsung Smart TV from the Roku.
The Redford Vacation Home has tropical waterfalls and a desert landscape.The back gate from the patio provides access to the public golf course It also has a 4-burner gas grill with direct gas connection, a fountain, a wood fireplace, two sets of garden furniture and an external mist cooling system. The garage has two bicycles for guest use. Quiet residential area with great mountain views and sunset views.
Indian Palms Resort is with a 27-hole championship course. It has a double-ended driving range and a training area for short games. There are five floodlit tennis courts, pickle and bocce courts; fitness center (with extra charge) with daily activities and Olympic swimming pool. As a guest you will have full access to these amenities along with the dining option at the hotel.
Small dog and children friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood.
