This gorgeous home is located directly on the river and has beautiful mountain and river views with a private concrete river access ramp and large open lot for plenty of outdoor games. River use and access ~ We offer free use of two Old Town Discovery canoes with paddles and vests. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy excellent small mouth bass fishing or just enjoy the river with our park like setting and concrete river ramp for easy access. The river is excellent for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or canoeing with pick up points conveniently located at the property.
Other nearby attractions are: 15 minutes to excellent hiking and motorized off road vehicles at Peters Mill Run and Taskers Gap OHV Trails, horseback riding in Fort Valley, and local wineries. Dining or sightseeing in the towns of Edinburg, Woodstock (12 minutes), Mount Jackson (20 minutes), New Market (23 minutes), Luray (20 miles), and Front Royal (30 miles).
