2. No unregistered guest for overnight stay.
3. No shoes inside the home.
4. No smoking inside the home. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. $1000 fee if smoking happens inside the house.
5. No drugs in or out of the home.
6. No parties or events.
7. Quiet time after 10:30 p.m.
8. No pets
9. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
10. Turn off lights when leaving the home.
11. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checking out. (if not done an additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged)
12. Report all broken items.
13. Do not rearrange furniture.
14. Any violators will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
15. Any additional guest outside of the reservation will be charged $50 per night per person.
