Description
An outdoors persons paradise! Right in the middle of the White Mountains!! Spacious, well cared for, Historic, Charming, Townhouse. Close to downtown, direct ATV trail access, hiking, biking, sking, snow machining, fishing, hunting, swimming and the list goes on! Jericho Mountain just a few miles! Androscoggin River is walking distance! 10ft ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, fenced in backyard with pool, swing set, trampoline and fire pit! We speak English and Español! Stay with us!
The space
Large, two-floor, second half to an owner occupied Duplex. Our property has an OLD forced steam, one zone, heating system. Thermostat should be set 3-5 degrees BELOW desired temperature. Radiators stay hot long after the room reaches the temperature set on the thermostat.
A/C are window units. Careful you don't trip the breaker! :)

Entire second half of owner occupied duplex is yours! Shared driveway and yard.
There are 2 off-street parking spaces included with stay. Driveway is to the right of the property.
Free public parking lot located one block from property for additional parking. Free street parking from April 1st to October 1st.
Other things to note
Seasonal Pool in fenced in backyard. Use of pool and trampoline is at your own risk. NO LIFE GAURD ON DUTY!! No diving! Children must be supervised at all times! PLEASE FOLLOW ALL POSTED POOL RULES!
Our neighbors are all year round residents, we ask that you respect them as if they were your own neighbors at home. No loud music, no parties, no engine revving, no swearing, no drugs. If these are your intentions, kindly find another rental. Please follow our requests or you will be asked to leave.

NO SMOKING PLEASE! If there is any evidence that there has been smoking, tobacco or otherwise, you will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Please be sure ALL lights are turned off and Heat/Air conditioners are turn down when you leave the premises.
Dishes must be done upon checkout. If dishes are not done you will incur an extra $25 cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 PM-6 AM. Can be negotiable during certain events and/or celebrations.
Pool and trampoline are used at guests' own risk. We are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries.
Supervision is required for children while swimming. Please follow all pool rules.
Tampering with cameras will result in a termination of your booking with NO refunds!
