The Corner Cottage is the perfect getaway spot that is centrally located less than one mile from Times Square, shops, restaurants, and much more. This beautifully landscaped, spacious yard sits on a saltwater canal. It features a three-bedroom, two-bath floor plan which sleeps six. This property is equipped with a second living room with a queen pull-out couch that sleeps an additional two guests for a total of eight. The second living room also features a small kitchenette that includes a microwave, beverage cooler, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a private bath with a walk-in shower. Large flat-screen T.V., family games, and a washer and dryer. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other two have queen beds. All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls. The main entrance opens up to a large living room that overlooks the back pool area, and outdoor covered balcony. The kitchen is professionally decorated with granite countertops, black stainless appliances, and an island bar that seats four. It's equipped with basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stove, silverware, and more. The dining area has a spacious kitchen table that seats six. The living room has reclining couches and a loveseat as well as an accent chair. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall for everyone to view. Situated on the balcony is a propane BBQ grill as well as a large flat-screen TV to enjoy your favorite sports team or family movie night. Don't forget about the heated pool that has a sun shelf for lounging. Enjoy the beautiful sunshine on the lounge chairs or under the shaded table. Also, there is a bar beside the pool for your frozen cocktails. After returning from a long day at the beach, you have the outdoor shower you can rinse off in to cool down before jumping in the pool. A corn hole set is provided for some fun in the sun. If you have a boat, there is a boat ramp right on the side of the property that you may use. The boatlift is not available for guests. Plenty of space to park a trailer in the driveway if you have one vehicle. The parking area is covered to keep your car out of the hot sun. NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. This home does allow small dogs for a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart for your stay. We have high chairs and pack n plays upon request for $35.00 each per week.
