Welcome to Sanibel located in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

This beautiful Sanibel condo is a 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches, restroom, volleyball net and shower.

Gulf Shores is full of family entertainment with golf, fishing, restaurants, water park, zoo, movies and mega outlet shopping.

If you are anyone in your party wants to play golf, we are the ones to call and we will gladly help you with your tee times. Just let us know what you might need.

The porch is 28 feet long and perfect for relaxing while enjoying a perfect view of the Gulf waters. There are 4 arm chairs with ottomans and table and chairs on the porch.

You are located with the Gulf Of Mexico to your south and Little Lagoon on your north. So everyone can find lots of things to do. There is a beach buggy on the balcony for guest to use to get their things to the beach.

Bike riding and walking is everywhere. You have walking and riding trails out the front and back of the unit.

This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).

Parking: Along the beach parking is limited. Most properties have a restriction of 1 to 2 cars per reservation. This is determined by each condo association. There are no exceptions . Also no boats, trailer, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The number of passes needed for each reservation must be prepaid prior to your arrival. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.

LIMIT 2 AUTOS PER RESERVATION PER UNIT (and passes must be displayed on drivers dash)

All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.

Age limit to rent is 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED

We rented this condo for a bachelorette trip. We had 6 girls and it was perfect! There was plenty of space and it was in the perfect location. The beach was not crowded and was a short walk. We talked about renting it again next year for an annual girls trip!
