This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property.
The master bedroom has a KING SIZE BED in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a single shower.
The 2nd bedroom has TWO FULL SIZE BEDS along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower.
The living room doe shave a sleeper sofa. The whole unit is ALL TILE. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping!
This unit is in a great location on the 6th floor at Phoenix East. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.
