The gourmet kitchen has an ideal layout and features upgraded countertops, cabinetry, and new appliances. There is a large central island to help make cooking and preparation a breeze, which has 4 added barstools for guests. The formal dining area, just off the kitchen, has grand windows and seating for 6 guests. For ease, there is also a half bath on the main floor.
