Two queen bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom with double sinks and bathtub/shower combo. Ascend the open staircase for the master suite and separate living/media room. The master suite features a king bed, sitting area, TV, golf views, and private bathroom with double sinks and separate bathtub and shower. The second floor living room offers plenty of cozy seating and a large flat-screen TV. The suite over the garage makes a perfect kids/teens or in-laws retreat. It features a queen bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living room with futon, TV, and table ideal for games and activities. The back deck and screened porch are great spots for relaxing and soaking in the splendor. The screened porch offers ample seating for lounging or al fresco dining. The lengthy deck features a pool, lounge chairs, and gas grill. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

This pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
