Fresh paint and beadboard throughout and porches redone with marine hardware railings! This beautiful 5BR second row home is located in the Ocean Point section of Wild Dunes. This spacious, 3,619 square foot home has an elevator. Ocean Point is private, quiet, with no through traffic, private beach access and a community pool for only Ocean Point guests. Enjoy close proximity to the driving range and golf course.

The first floor of this home features the garage with access to the elevator (has access to the third floor). There is a door to the back patio where there is a grill.

The second floor has three bedrooms and the laundry room. The first guest room features a queen bed and private bath. The second guest room features two twin beds and a private bath. There is a Master Suite with a Queen size bed with access to a screened in porch and a beautiful bath with dual vanity, walk in shower and soaking tub.

The main living area and kitchen is on the third floor, with beautiful views and natural light. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a bar with four bar stools. There is a formal dining table, huge mounted TV and a wet bar. The third floor also has another Master Suite with a king bed and private bath.

The fourth and top floor features a sitting room with a daybed (and trundle) and a guestroom with two twin beds. There is another full bath on this floor. This is the perfect space for kids and teenagers!

Wonderful House! Great Location! Great Overall Experience! Notes: The elevator jammed and was of no use after one use. The golf cart battery charger is an electrical safety hazard with frayed electrical cord and poor electrical grounding. Don't rent a multi person kayak or paddle board from Vay K Gear unless you have a way to transport the heavy and bulky items to a water launch area (these items are heavy and no wheels are provided for transporting across the beach).

This is a wonderful home beautifully appointed. There could have been instruction on the mechanical roller shades in the home like that’s what they were and where the devices were to open and close. Never did find the one for the 2nd floor back bedroom. Aside from that, it had everything we needed for our family of twelve to have a great week. Kitchen is well appointed and so nice to have some things like foil, clear wrap, and spices to start with. In turn, we left things for the next family coming in. Though you need to bring your own beach towels, there were plenty of bath towels. Washer and dryer conveniently located on 2nd floor where there are three bedrooms. A couple of baths could use some updating, some of the mattresses could use replacing, but all in all this home truly fit our needs. Great location to the pool and the beach. Carolina One the rental company that leases this property was also wonderful to work with and very accommodating!
