This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is perfect for parents with two or three children, two couples vacationing together, or grandparents who want to spend quality time with their son/daughter and family! The living/dining room and kitchen separate the large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, deck, and HVAC system. The 1,215 sq. ft. condo has been tiled throughout (which means no soiled or stained carpet from seasons of renters!).
The living room is dominated by a large picture window that showcases a beautiful lagoon view, with the 4th green of the Links Golf Course just beyond. A comfy couch and big cushioned, wicker chairs provide plenty of seating when your group wants to get together for evening conversation or a movie. The pub-height table and chairs offer the seating you need for dining or a board game.
The condo’s kitchen is compact, yet functional, with plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware and top-notch appliances. The side-by-side refrigerator features an ice and filtered-water dispenser on the door, and a stacked washer and dryer combo are located in an adjacent storage area.
The master bedroom and bath offers a king-sized pillow-top bed, 32” flat-screen TV, desk and chair, and walk-in, tiled shower. The second bedroom and bath – on the other side of the living room – offers two queen-sized pillow-top beds, as well as a flat-screen TV and tiled shower/bathtub combo.
Guests in both bedrooms will enjoy the same outstanding view one sees from the living room, and the decks are a great venue for greeting the day with a cup of coffee or winding down in the evening with a glass of wine. Both decks have comfortable seating for two, and you’ll find them to be private retreats for enjoying a good book or watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon.
Your accommodations will be centrally-located at this beautiful gated resort community, within a short walk of the beach, Harbor Golf Course, playground, restaurants, resort market, children's activities, and evening events at the Pavilion. On-site bike rentals, a second Fazio-designed golf course, spa services, and the nearby marina (with boat and jet ski rentals) are also available to our guests without the Wild Dunes Sportscard (which we do not offer). You won't have access to the Wild Dunes community pool or tennis courts, but free tennis courts are available at the beautiful Isle of Palms Recreation Center just a few blocks outside the Wild Dunes gate. And, Lagoon Villas has its own private neighborhood pool with plenty of lounge chairs, exclusively for the use of Lagoon Villas guests.
