Located just beyond the start of the driveway, the path to the beach is lined with ancient oaks and palmettos and the short distance makes it easy for quick stops home for lunch, bathroom breaks, naps, or breaks from the sun.

The home is located on a secluded cul-de-sac within the beautiful Wild Dunes and offers complimentary access to the two oceanfront swimming pools located on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. A beach café, bar, ice cream shop and surf shop are all adjacent to the swimming pools on the Boardwalk. Three restaurants, the Harbor Golf Course, Wild Dunes Tennis Center, and the Sand and Sea Spa are all located within a short walk of Grand Pavilion 75. With this location, your beach vacation has never been easier!

You’ll love the large covered front porch lined with rockers and a porch swing and the large screened in back porch overlooking the Seaside Green Park. Nestled under ancient oaks and palm trees, the back-screen porch is perfect for relaxing on the hammock or enjoying a meal in the fresh air. The open floor plan and one-story layout is perfect for family time after a day at the beach!
