Welcomd to this amazing Briggs Farm Home! Enter into the sun drenched family room with high vaulted ceilings and a flat screen smart tv. The kitchen boasts a large farm table that can seat 10. Two bedrooms (each with queen bed) and full bath (tub/shower) complete the first floor. The back stairs lead to the second floor which have two over-sized bedrooms (two full size beds in each) and share another full size bath (tub/shower). All bedrooms have flat screen tv's and A/C units.
Step outside to a great private backyard for kids to play and patio to entertain; gas grill and 2 sturdy picnic tables. New outdoor shower and changing area to wash off after a day at the beach. 3 minute drive to Scarborough State Beach, 5 minutes to Narragansett Town and Sand Hill Cove Beaches. Dining, shopping, water sports at your fingertips!
