This comfortable spacious house is perfect for mixed generations – lots of good getaway space, huge private yard, outdoor hot and cold shower and a 10 minute walk to Scarborough Beach-- you’ll be on the beach in no time. Large flat family community – bring your bikes. Tennis and basketball courts amidst a large park, just a few blocks away.
Narragansett offers so many activities and attractions in addition to the beach! Less than a mile away is Sunset Farm, kids will love to visit to say hello to all the animals and go see how they live on the farm. The farm store sells, fresh vegetables and fruit, pies, jellies, cookies, meat and made to order food items. The Block Island ferry is also just a couple miles away where you can ride on the fast ferry or larger ferry to Block Island or Martha's Vineyard. Don't forget to check out the Point Judith Lighthouse, Narragansett Pier and more!

This was a great house, perfect location. My only critique is that not enough living space for 12 people and the bed in the back bedroom with the ensuite; the mattress was as hard as a rock and dud not sleep well at all. Other than those two issues the time was amazing.

Close enough to the beach if you want to walk. Close to main thoroughfare so you can get around the area quickly.

Air conditioning system is brand new, state-of-the-art with individual room controls. Two bathrooms had just been renovated, first class. Kitchen was incredibly well furnished with plenty of pots, pans and most importantly food preparation utensils and tools. Neighborhood was quiet and adjacent properties were just as well kept as our location. No noise at night - at all! If you are a bird watcher, this property abuts a watershed area of three ponds and undeveloped property. MANY species of birds, great to listen to off of the really nice back desk, a walk out on second floor level. Just an overall PERFECT property for old-fashioned New England summer vacation!
