The cottage has a large sitting/dining area which opens on two sides to a spacious uncovered terrace with great sea views. The following upgrades have recently been completed at Leamington Cottage Barbados (December 2008) New super modern fully fitted Italian kitchen. Brand new bathroom with walk-in shower. New furniture and all new fabrics and curtain upholstery New stone floors. Sliding doors being replaced with electric rollers. New windows. Amazing new plunge pool.
Leamington Cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door. There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. Wireless Internet connection for guests who bring their own laptops.
