This beautiful, central air conditioning, 2 story, 3/4 bedroom, 3 bath home is located across from Narragansett Bay. This home is tastefully decorated and provides new comfortable furnishings, new comfortable mattresses, lovely artwork, high speed internet for your laptop, and the all-important deck furniture and gas grill. The granite kitchen is fully stocked.
There are breathtaking panoramic views of the bay from most of the rooms in the house. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the outside second-floor deck of the Newport and Jamestown bridge, while watching sailboats on the bay.
The first floor bedroom (2 twin beds) has access to the first floor full bath. The second level of the house has the other two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with glass shower, jacuzzi tub, and sink. The third bedroom is also on the second floor. The third bedroom has a daybed outside of the bedroom and also a kitchenette and sitting area, along with a separate staircase. The home has 3 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, and 3 refrigerators.
The expandable dining table seats eight. The air conditioned home features 2 living rooms, a water view office, and a separate Aupair suite. The Aupair suite has a separate staircase, very private, a kitchenette (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, sink...) It is perfect for extended families or young adults that want a little privacy.
Also, available for guests is a second refrigerator and a wet bar, included in the second living room upstairs, a washer and dryer, stainless steel propane grill and an outside shower.
There is a private outside patio for dining and grilling.
