TOP LEVEL:
The upstairs great room features a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The upscale, open kitchen with cherry cabinets boasts plenty of cookware for the chef in the family and its open style and nearby over scale dining table (seats 6) allows everyone in the family to enjoy mealtimes. You will find a King Master Suite with Flat Screen TV on the upper level as well as a Half Bathroom. The screened back porch is a nice place for relaxation and naps.
MID LEVEL:
On this level you will find a second screened porch, Queen Bedroom with Flat Screen TV that shares a Full Hallway Bathroom with another Queen Bedroom, Flat Screen TV and Deck Access. On this floor you will also find a Queen Master Bedroom, Flat Screen TV and Deck Access.
GROUND LEVEL:
The fifth bedroom on the ground level is a Master Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds and private bathroom. The laundry room is on this level.
EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball! There are planned kids’ activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.
