Good parking, shower, and carport lead to under house entry & a water-sport themed recreation room with pool table, TV and wetbar. Head up to the second floor and you'll find 4 bedrooms; Oceanfront bedroom with two double beds, Oceanfront master bedroom with King bed, Streetside master bedroom with King bed and jacuzzi tub,perfect for relaxing after a day of fun activities! Fourth bedroom is the 'kid's room' with a pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top) and additional full side trundle bed. There is also a spacious hall bathroom, this gives all four bedrooms their own bath, three are masters, the kids have the hall bathroom! You'll also find the laundry nook on this level. Both King bedrooms have TVs and one also has a VCR player. The 3rd story great room has extra high ceilings, a nicely furnished living area with entertainment center & super windows to an all-ocean view. The large tiled kitchen is well equipped & has an island, oceanfront dining area and room to spare. The wide top deck is extremely well furnished & has an inviting hot tub. Bedroom 5 has a king bed & full bath. Park your shoes at the door let the barefoot adventures begin.
