Spacious open floor plan features Gourmet Kitchen, Dining Area & Living Room that lead out to Balconies on either end - perfect for entertaining & relaxing together. Living Room even boasts FREE Netflix access on the Internet-capable TV! Additional luxuries include FREE Wi-Fi, 4 brand-new TVs/3 DVDs, high-end appliances, soaking tub in Master Bath, Washer/Dryer, and 4 graceful Balconies with partial views of the Bay. Rental is from Sunday to Sunday. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

You may not even need to leave the community gates!
This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in dates and FlexStay (check-in any day of the week - 3 or 4 night minimum) during the off-season.
Building Registration Fee: $110 gets you 6 facility & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. An additional $100 Surcharge will be added to SSI Registration Fee for ALL Rentals during Bike Week.
