First floor apartment offers three bedrooms, two baths, central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet, sleeping for 8 people with 1 queen sized bed, 1 double, 2 twins and a queen sofabed. The unit offers two parking spaces. Bathroom Layout: In the hallway is one full bath with tub, shower, toilet, sink and stack washer and dryer. The other bathroom is located in the bedroom with the Queen Bed. This bedroom has a stall shower in the room along with a separate toilet and sink. This is a unique set up so we wanted you to know where each is located. Apartment 2 East, which is on the second floor, is also available if you need additional room for a larger family! Guests pay an $80.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. "Pet Friendly - 1 - 2 dogs will be considered with a pet fee of $200.00 or more, depending on size and breed."
