Desirable condo units in quiet residential community. All units are well equipped with central air, washer, dryer, and full kitchen. Some units overlook the lagoon and all are a short walk to the 3 outdoor pools - lap, kiddie and recreational. Many of the one bedroom units have a loft. Weekly tennis memberships area available on-site for a fee. Some units offer a boat dock. Don't miss out-book your vacation week today! Some units are NON-SMOKING.

COVID19 policies: as of 2020-06-19 the pool is open with restrictions. Infants are only allowed in Family Pool until the Kiddie Pool can reopen. Owners/Renter/Guest must bring pool furniture. HHIRA pool furniture/umbrellas will not be provided. Please bring your own Coast Guard approved life jacket needed for swimmers that cannot swim. Appropriate social distancing and masks are required in all common areas at the pool. Must sign in and out with the attendant at the entrance gate. Everyone must leave with their possessions at the end of each session. The pool sessions are as follows: First session-10am-1:30pm. Closed for cleaning 1:30-2pm. Second session 2:00-5:30pm. Closed for the day and cleaning 5:30-6:00pm.
