Welcome to Marsh Oaks Cottage!

Nestled under the oak trees of St. Clair Subdivision is a lovely and spacious ranch style home named Marsh Oaks Cottage. Marsh Oaks Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home that has been well-loved for years. Featuring a living room and separate den with fireplace, this large home has plenty of space for conversation or just to sit and watch TV. The carpets and flooring were redone last year.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bath and there are two additional large bedrooms that share a full bath with a king, and two full beds. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The sun room is very large and provides ample space to gaze out at the beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Just in case you have an afternoon rainstorm, you are welcome to use the garage for parking.

Marsh Oaks Cottage is located mid-island at 144 St. Clair Drive. This property is located off of Frederica Road, near Sea Palms Golf Resort and the Shops at Sea Island and close to many specialty shops and popular Island restaurants.
