But the panoramic view from the private 44 x 21 foot deck is what really sets this unit apart. You can hear the roar of the Atlantic Ocean from this totally unique roof top deck with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean sweeping from the Pier to the entire south end of the island. It is a wonderful space for lounging or entertaining with tables & chairs and chase lounges. There is a hot & cold water outdoor shower. You could live on this deck!!!
But there is lots of room inside, also. The top floor features a 21 x 10 foot covered ocean front balcony with dining for 6 and a wall of glass that opens into the large living room. The living space is totally open to the spacious kitchen and dining area. Plus there is a half bath on this level. (You actually have fabulous views from both the kitchen and dining area also.)
The second floor has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. The master bedroom offers a drop dead ocean view from the king bed. There is an attached bath. Second bedroom also has a king bath and a Jack and Jill bath. Third bedroom has two double beds.
The fourth bedroom with two double beds is on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a fabulous secret garden inside a small gated courtyard. Private green spaces with small seating and grilling area. Parking for 3 cars.
