The property is beautiful. The location and balcony views were amazing. Very clean! Two days without air-conditioning, not so great! Makes it hard to sleep. Called maintance they came Sometime during the day left a note. When we arrived back after a long day out temperature was again 78° Even warmer in the master bedroom and living room. Called Maintance again and spoke to Doug who did his best to rectify the situation but even he had problems contacted maintenance. 2nd nite was hotter than the 1st. Other experience, while checking in we met a charming young security officer at the gate that was more interested in talking on his cell phone telling his mother about his Narcotics arrest then helping us get settled. Through out our stay we came across several property owners by way of elevator small talk and I must say some were the nicest people every. And then their were the others, that were rude and looked down upon us like we were peasants. One owner actually said she couldn’t wait until all the owners rent out all the condos so they didn’t have to put up with the weekend visitors. Snobs!!! I Do not recommend this place because of their hospitality. AC out that’s fixable with the right phone call. Demeanor of hospitality change in management. Go to Margaritaville, way better experience!!!
