The 160sqm air-conditioned holiday villa offers 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and gives you direct access to the pool area. The attached large master bathroom has a shower, bath, separate toilet and double sink. The guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The guest bathroom has a shower / bath combination, toilet and wash area. All bedrooms are equipped with TV. Enjoy the vacation time at the electrically heated pool. There are four sun loungers for you to relax. Of course you have a BBQ grill for delicious steaks and / or fish. A table with six chairs is on the covered terrace.
A shell path leads you to the boat dock with elevator. There is also seating there. From here you have a wonderful view over the canal, which leads you to the Gulf of Mexico by rented boat.
A navigation device is available for the excursions.

Very nice house. Pool area super clean and awesome to just hang out read a book or eat breakfast outside. The view of the pool and the canal will put a smile on your face all day, just beautiful!
