The entire family will enjoy the unique amenities of this one-of-a-kind vacation property. The ground level of the home includes an entry, bathroom and one bedroom with one queen and one set of bunk beds. Designed with fun in mind, the home’s unique exterior features include a putting green, tiki bar, playground for the kids and fabulous pool and pool deck.
Upstairs is an open living, dining and kitchen area with four spacious bedrooms. There are partial oceanviews from the deck off the master king bedroom. Off the living area is a screened porch with ocean views as well. Beyond the screened porch is an open deck.
Above the open deck, stairs lead to a roof top observation deck, with bench seating and panoramic ocean views.
A public beach access is just steps from the front door. This property will accept pets under 35lbs for a $150 non-refundable pet fee.
During the summer season, this residence requires a 7-night minimum stay and may require a specific check in day of the week.
