The living room has a new entertainment center with TV soundbar that has bluetooth. In addition, the kitchen has new GE appliances; refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher. New bar stools, kitchen towels, flatware and plastic glasses too.

This condo is secured with an electronic lock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
