Renting timeshares is the easiest way to vacation, taxes are included, no cleaning fees, no fees of any kind, except a security deposit of $50 – $150 which is fully refundable as long as there are no other charges to the room. No sales presentation is involved.
There is a full kitchen including all Pans plates, all silverware necessary, coffee maker Blender and all other kitchen amenities necessary, except food. Some units have a partial kitchen I will notify you if yours is not a full kitchen
Timeshares are 7 days, usually starting Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, sometime Sunday to Sunday. I cannot help you “midweek to midweek”. Rate Notes
Weekly rates for 1-bedroom sleeps 4 units are $495 under 45 days… Over 45 days add $100
Weekly rates for 2-bedroom sleeps 6 units are $695 under 45 days… Over 45 days add $100
Weekly rates for 3-bedroom sleeps 8 units are $795 under 45 days… Over 45 days add $100
There are no partial week or monthly stays.

Taxes are included, no cleaning fees and no other fees except the $50 – $150 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable if there are no charges to your room.
ONLY 1 RESORT has fees at the resort in addition to my price. “Lift Lodge’ charges 5 dollars – $20 per day extra depending on the size of your unit.
All The other resorts that I have around Park city have NO TAXES OR FEES at the resort except the refundable security deposit.
Fees
There are no extra fees on any resort in Park City that I have (except Lift Lodge)… the refundable security deposit, is refundable therefore not a fee only a deposit.
Notes
Be sure of your plans, there are no cancellations. If you do have to cancel, and you call me early enough for me to re-rent it to someone else… I will refund your money minus the $20 PayPal fee, but only if I can re-rent it.

After Florida it shows resorts available in Canada and Mexico that are not all inclusive but you would have to call or email me for dates. I try and keep this list updated weekly. The date that I uploaded the list is on top you can readily know how fresh the information is.
The reason I can offer you such wholesale pricing is because I help people get out of their timeshares for free, if they give me the week… So in the process I end up with the weeks and I trade them into the trading companies which gives me access to thousands of resorts… But I did not pay the maintenance fees therefore I can pass on the savings to you. Once I have traded the week in the trading company, I then run ads to give the timeshare away for free before the next maintenance fee comes due.
