Renting timeshares is the easiest way to vacation, taxes are included, no cleaning fees, no fees of any kind, except a security deposit of $50 – $150 which is fully refundable as long as there are no other charges to the room. No sales presentation is involved. The only exception to extra fees is Fort Lauderdale Beach resort… You pay a resort fee of $30 for the week at the resort, all my other resorts have no fees at the resort other than the security deposit
There is a full kitchen including all Pans plates, all silverware necessary, coffee maker Blender and all other kitchen amenities necessary, except food.
Timeshares are 7 days, usually starting Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, sometime Sunday to Sunday. I cannot help you “midweek to midweek”. Fort Lauderdale’s 1 bedrooms actually sleeps6, and therefore is $695
Some other Resorts Weekly rates are $595 for 1-bedroom sleeps 4 units under 45 days… ask me which units are only $595… There are no partial week or monthly stays.
Rate notes
Taxes are included, no cleaning fees but there is a $30 resort fee at the Fort Lauderdale Beach resort but no other fees except the $50 – $150 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable if there are no charges to your room.
All The other resorts that I have around Fort Lauderdale have NO TAXES OR FEES at the resort except the refundable security deposit.

Be sure of your plans, there are no cancellations. If you do have to cancel, and you call me early enough for me to re-rent it to someone else… I will refund your money minus the $20 PayPal fee, but only if I can re-rent it.
