This recently remodeled and upgraded, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Ocean Front Condo has spectacular Ocean, Marina, Beach & Park views from the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom, Balcony and even the master bathroom.
 
THIS CONDO IS CLEANED & SANITIZED TO THE NEW CDC STANDARDS.
 
Included at no extra charge are free WiFi internet, Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Tennis equipment, Fishing rods & reels, snorkeling gear, bikes and parking for up to 2 cars.
 
Deep water dockage is available along with a boat ramp.
 
There are 2 pools, 3 beaches, 2 tennis courts, a playground, a 4 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish you may swim with and feed, a 1,000 foot jetty that extend into the ocean that you may fish from and see beautiful sunsets.
 
Area Information
 
We are surrounded, on 3 sides, by the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park with the best coral reefs in the United States. Just outside of our gated community is Dolphin Plus, where you may sam with dolphins. A block past Dolphin Plus are the Key Largo Fisheries & the Pilot House Restaurant. A half mile further is the intersection oF U.S. 1 and a shopping area that includes CVS, Walgreens, 9 restaurants, 3 banks, multiple dive shops, Jacobs Aquatic Park and many other stores. Being that we are over a mile from the main road, we are very quiet here. There are Dive, Snorkel, Glass Bottom & Rental boats available within a mile of us. 2 miles from us is Tradewinds Plaza with K-Mart, Publix and 25 more stores and restaurants. There are over 50 restaurants within 5 miles of us

Wonderful Condo and Stay

My wife and I just completed a weeks stay at Kawama Towers. This unit has beautiful view of the marina and the Atlantic beyond. Off beaten path. Most mornings watched the sun rise over the ocean from the jetty and then watched the sun set in the evening. Enjoyed watching the manatees along the jetty and tarpon rolling at dusk. Pool was beautiful and landscaping was tropical flavor include Bird of Paradise Oman as new arrival! Beautiful and 80 every day. The condo was well furnished and extremely comfortable With a nice kitchen. The area has two great restaurants within easy walking distance. pilot House and key Largo Fisheries with attached retail fish market. Norman was very nice and provided nice orientation upon arrival And was always there and available. He has kayaks paddle boards and fishing equipment to use. (I will definitely fish next year!!) Lastly the dolphins at the dolphin care center just outside the condo complex is a Must Must see.!! We loved the condo and the area and we absolutely will be returning next year .. maybe two weeks !!

Norm could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. The condo was beautifully updated and impeccably cleaned and maintained. Close to so many great places (John Pennekamp State Park, Founders Park in Islamorada and close enough for a great day trip to Key West and back) with easy access to Publix and other basic stores. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

Happy with our stay

We were happy with the property. It’s a very safe, charming little neighborhood that is well kept and very clean. Everyone was friendly and the location in Key Largo was perfect. The unit we reserved was not the one we got but the one we got was an upgrade that was larger and had an extra room. It was clean and comfortable but did have some minor quirks with the electrical. (One light switch in the bedroom turned the fans on in the entire house) That’s a very minor issue in a rental property but just want to set expectations properly. Norm was a very nice guy and eager to show us around. We enjoyed the water toys, pool and lagoon. It is on our list of places we would like to come back to as we would most certainly recommend it to friends and family.

The best Vacation ever! My husband and my 2 kids had a blast!

This was a beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable property and vacation! The owner of this property spared no expense! He was so helpful and very pleasant. The condo was so clean and well maintained. He had all the comforts of home. The view was amazing. We could walk and see fish, manatee, dolphin, and the beach and pool was right outside your door. We used kayaks and paddleboards, at no extra cost. He truly cares about his clientele. We will definitely be back to stay! p.s. my son forgot his stuffed animal, and he mailed it to us!! Thank you so much!!
