If you want to get out and about you're close to fine dining, casual dining, shopping, movie theaters, and possibly the greatest draw to the area, the gorgeous water making up the Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene. You're just a short drive to the Coeur d'Alene Resort which is home to one of the most famous golf courses in the entire world, the course with the floating green. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in this beautiful house making it a perfect size for 12-15 people there are also 3 couches and plenty of floor space available. There are luxurious queen size beds in each of the rooms and 2 twin beds in one bedroom. The master bath has a large garden jetted tub perfect for relaxing after a busy day outside as well as a fireplace and flat screen TV with satellite. There is a large balcony with a gas barbecue for those warm summer evenings when you're not in the mood to go out or cook in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture make it the perfect setting for relaxing while watching the sunset or just enjoying your favorite beverage. Hot tub located on the back deck for quiet evenings.
 
Inside the home you'll find everything you need for total enjoyment while you're on your vacation. 3 stories, custom balcont double staircase with 2 bedrooms upstairs, living room, fitness room (treadmill, elliptical and weights) and tanning bed. The main floor has master bedroom. kitchen, dining area seats 12 and additional breakfast nook, and bar seating and sitting area with large wrap around couch are all open to each other so everyone can get together to visit, gas fireplace and large floor to vaulted ceiling windows for amazing views and sunsets all year long. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need such as pots and pans and all necessary dishes to prepare your meals. You won't be short on room at meal time. There is plenty of seating as well as outside seating. Gorgeous hardwood floors, granite counter tops, double oven and lots of counter space. Downstairs there is a gaming/living room room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom

Everything about this condo was great!!! From the VIP extra big parking space right by the elevators to our beautiful home away from home!!! The place was very clean. ..had all the essentials you could think of and the beds were so comfortable!!! The balcony was great with enough chairs and tables!!! We had excellent weather and couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! Walking distance to the Pier!!! I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!!! Thank you to Janice and Andi for sharing a great place to be ????

Ande & Janice have a wonderful condo right on the beach. Every last detail was provided to make our week-long anniversary trip simply the best. We were two couples who stayed, both bedrooms have king beds, beach chairs provided for four people, two lovely pools, spices, oils, kitchen foil, Fiesta dishware, etc. provided. The beds were comfortable and the condo colors of gray and turquoise were so lovely. No better place to stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, impeccably clean, and loaded with wonderful little extra touches. We especially appreciated the private parking stall and the 4 beach chairs that came with this unit. The location is amazing for a family looking for fun activities, great restaurant choices, and a beautiful beach. The onsite tiki bar was great, and my husband enjoyed fishing on the pier several times. The only thing that could have been better was the weather during our week, but we found plenty to do (axe throwing, escape room, etc.) on the days the weather was less than desirable. We would absolutely go back to this condo. Thank you to the wonderful owners for helping make our family vacation special!
