Welcome to 'Toes in the Water' our gulf front condo in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama. Thank you for taking time to look at what our condo has to offer. The unit is a 1300 sq. ft. top floor corner unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Our condo comfortably sleeps 9 adults. It offers stunning views of the beaches and lagoon from the top floor of the complex as well as a direct pool view to keep an eye on the kids.
KITCHEN/ We have just recently remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking for a large gathering. Cookware and utensils are new.
DINING/ We have a large dining table that seats 6 with a eat-in kitchen bar area that seats 2. The balcony also has a round table and chairs for outside dining.
BEDROOMS/ There are three bedrooms each with a private full bath. The Lagoon side master bedroom has a King size bed and access to the Lagoon view balcony. Nice roomy closet, new vanity area, with a shower and whirlpool tub. A new flatscreen tv is provided with this room for your entertainment. This bedroom is large enough for a aero bed for small children. Aero bed available.
The Middle bedroom has a new full and twin size bed and private bath with vanity, toilet and shower only. New 19' flatscreen tv with dvd player.
The Beach side master bedroom has a Queen size bed and bath with shower tub combo. The bathroom may be accessed from living area also. This bedroom also has a TV with DVD player.
AMENITIES/ There are two balconies with this condo. The largest covered balcony is beach side. It has two sliding glass doors for access from the living room and the Beach side master bedroom. The smaller covered balcony is located on the Lagoon side off the master bedroom. It offers a stunning view of the evening sunset over the Lagoon water.
SMOKING/PETS/ Smoking is permitted on balconies only. Sorry, due to association rules no animals allowed on the grounds. Not even the owners pets! Not our idea!
CABLE/INTERNET/PHONE There is a 32' Flat screen HDTV in the living room with DVD player and cable. The complex offers WIFI internet access or if you prefer DSL you can bring your own cable. Phone for free local calls.
LINENS/HOUSEKEEPING/ All linens and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer combo located in the kitchen area in a separate laundry closet. Water heater is new and provides plenty of hot water for your stay.
POOL/BEACH ACCESS/COMPLEX GROUNDS/ The complex has a fabulous zero-entry pool with two kiddie pools on either end of the pool area. The pool is the longest pool in Gulf Shores with seating ledge around the middle. Restrooms are conveniently located near the pool area. No running back and forth to the room. Located beside each kiddie pool is a shady gazebo. Great for relaxing and playing cards after a long day in the sun. The pool deck is large with plenty of loungers to sunbathe. The showers are located at the gate to the pool area to wash off the days sand. There is a onsite charcoal bbq grilling area located at either end of the complex.
PARKING/ Parking is available for $20.00USD per vehicle with a 2 vehicle limit.
