* Notes: This Bayside Resort vacation rental home is pet friendly (a maximum of two dogs allowed), with a $150 non-refundable pet fee required from May through September and $75 non-refundable pet fee from October through April. Prohibited breeds of dog: Akita, Boxer, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweilwer, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid, or any cross breed of any of the above.
