The three bedrooms are air conditioned, the main living area is not, and a maid visits the property three half days a week.
While the Villa is quiet and offers expansive living space, it is also on the doorstep of Barbados' oldest settlement (Holetown in St James) - the site where the English first came ashore in 1627. Today Holetown is a heritage site and a compact but busy hub - the heart of the island's dynamic West Coast. The owners wanted a home that was large enough that they could spend a day kicking back without in any way feeling claustrophobic, but also wanted to be able to walk to some of the best beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and amenities that Barbados can offer.
