Kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets, granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. You will find all the items needed for cooking and entertaining.
Dining room has a high top granite table with 4 leather high back seats and a view window to watch the sunsets while you dine. The living room is furnished with two dark brown sofas, a glass top coffee table, side table with lamp and a 55' flat screen TV. The condo comes with cable and a secured wifi network.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a beige and cream bed set, bed side table with reading lamp and a window where you have mountain views. The attached master bathroom has a walk in shower, double sink vanity and a large walk in closet with lots of storage.
The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, lovely bedding, view window and a sliding door closet to hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a walk-in tub/ shower combo and commode.
The condo has a laundry room with a full size washer, dryer, and all items needed for folding and ironing your apparel.
The community has a heated pool, spa, gas grills in multiple locations and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a nicely furnished lounge area and multiple ping pong tables in the basement.
A great location with endless golf opportunities, spring training games and very close to Fort McDowell Casino. January is when the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction is held at West World and shortly after that there is the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
