Beautiful 1 bedroom, l bath condo in a complex on the upper floor with a resort-like atmosphere. The complex sports 2 pools (1 heated), 3 spas, 2 fitness centers, business center with computer, fax, printer etc. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pools clean and inviting. Nearby lakes with walking trails, where you can walk, or relax and watch the geese while enjoying the sunsets. Nestled in Ahwatukee, it is conveniently located within walking distance from major grocery stores, numerous restaurants and fun boutiques.
The condo has a sofa/bed couch and king-size bed to accommodate up to 4 people. We have recently renovated this 1 bedroom 1 bath with warm rich colors on the walls and elegant furnishings to give it a 'European' feel.
KITCHEN
Stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and built-in microwave are complemented by beautiful cherry-wood cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen is furnished with all cookware, coffee maker, coffee grinder, juicer, toaster, utensils, towels etc.

The living room has a comfortable queen sofa/sleeper to curl up on, in front of the real wood fireplace.
A 42' Flatscreen TV, cable, Blu-Ray player and wireless WiFi internet provides for excellent entertainment and 4 person Italian marble dinette provides an atmosphere of 'fine dining'.
MASTER BEDROOM
King size bed with large marble inlaid dresser and nightstand. TV with cable. Walk-in closet with enough room for long term stay.

This clean, quiet community is conveniently located near the I-10 and Loop 202 Freeways. Only 15 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 30 minutes from Downtown Phoenix. Easy freeway access to the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale areas. Just a few minutes to Chandler Fashion Mall.
