Our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is all about its convenient location! Located steps from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and a few short blocks from the heart of Downtown Ouray, this townhome is perfect for your next vacation. This nicely furnished end unit, features an outdoor deck and plenty of indoor space to accommodate multiple guests.

There is a community picnic area at the north end of the complex located along the river with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There is also plenty of parking in the lot in the center of the complex.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked April 21, 2020, or earlier): A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
